History
While researching this tune I found many with the same name. The sheet music we have indicates that it is AKA German Schottische, which would likely match it with "Heel and Toe Polka (4)" on TTA, but it does not provide a score with which to compare. That entry does indicate that it is "Cape Breton/PEI" style in G and 2/4 which matches. That entry is attributed to Ken Perlman, published in a book by Mel Bay as "Fiddle Music of Prince Edward Island (The)", p. 153, 1996.
Found a good fiddling resource while checking this out: Bowing Down Home (Prince Edward Island Fiddling Traditions), a project of the Canadian Museum of History and curated by Ken Perlman.
